I bought my LG Plasma Tv Dec 19 in the Sound and Movie shop in Santa Monica California and before my warranty expired on December 19 there is audio on my tv but there is no image. I named LG and that I was used in customer support for troubleshooting and during troubleshooting having a customer support consultant my tv broke internally.
I wrote a problem notice and sent it to a boss in customer support and he explained that it had been not LG problem and also the guarantee won't protect inner damaged cell which it had been my problem this event occurred plus they couldn't support me. I’m still in surprise and that I cant think how LG so-called life’s great item and customer support has managed my situation. Does anybody have recommendations?
