Ripoff did not send rebates, no response to phone calls

It's simple. I've sent my $25 rebates for 2way radios I've purchased from Fry's Electronics and after 3 months nothing arrived.

Tried to call them but no live person ever answers their phone and if I get an answering machine I get 5 seconds to speak and then I get disconnected. Tried many times, no results.
