Laser is broken

Hello, I need Support in Germany and cant find, not on the garantie and not in the web, bad Thing with you. (Garantie till Dezember 2010)

The Laser of my CD Tape Radio recorder seems to be broken, cant read any CDs.

What´s the adress to send it too? Can I send without paying or do you transfer Mony back to my Bank Account?
