I purchased a Kitchenaid machine from Kohl's on 11/27. There is a $30 refund for these appliances purchased between 11/18/10 and 12/12/10. I reside 70 to 80 kilometers in the shop, and so I do my buying online. I delivered Kitchenaid all needed info, such as the only bill Kohl's directed me. Our refund was refused. I named Your Kitchen Help refund middle and was informed insufficient info was about the Kohl's bill. What am I designed to do? Section of my buying this machine was relying on the $30 discount. I'm being punished for anything I can't support. When the Kohl's bill for online purchases isn't adequate, subsequently Kitchenaid and Kohl's have to resolve this. Or, ensure it is COMPLETELY clear that for individuals making purchases online, Kitchenaid discounts will not be recognized.
