I purchased a dvd recorder and it worked for 28 days. I contacted ecost.com and got a run around. The extended warranty I purchased would not cover it because they said it was under mfg warranty. On Monday 4-5-10 I was told that I would be contacted, as of yet I have not been contacted. My advice is do not buy from ecost.com
