Ecost.com does not stand behind the products the sell. I purchased a monitor from them and upon receipt discovered it to be defective. When I contacted Ecost they told me I had to deal direct with the manufacturer.
I had to pay to ship the monitor to the manufacturer who thankfully stood behind their product. But when I contacted Ecost to get reimbursed for the shipping cost, they told me they also don't pay for that.in short they want your money, but won't help you or pay for defective products they sell. Buyer beware steer clear of ecost.com!!!
