I would like to complain about the bad service I experienced with company Air Purifier LLC. Originally, on 10/29 I ordered Mini Air Purifier and Car Ionizer from the companys official website (www.ionicproturbo.com/order_form.html). The Price (USD) section indicated the price of the Mini Air Purifier and Car Ionizer $39.95 FREE SHIPPING. Mini Air Purifier and Car Ionizer was Only My Selection. Company sent me a confirmation e-mail that did not list neither description of the order, nor the price charged nor the quantity ordered or even the confirmation number.
The company shipped to me through USPS totally different item -Ionic Pro Turbo. The item I ordered Mini Air Purifier and Car Ionizer was missing in the package; however it was listed on the invoice along with unordered item.
