Nov. 02 never got 150.00 rebate from Hp. I mailed them invoices 2x's. Never recieved my money

I mailed my reciepts to Hp. Called them they said I mailed them to wrong address so I mailed them again, called and said I needed a number which they gave me over the phone I asked why they couldn't send them to the other adress. They told me to I did and never got my $150.00 rebate.
