I used the Panasonic Employee Web site to purchase a HDTV. I work for a company that has an afficliation with Panasonic and that's why we get to use the employee store. The TV in question was IN STOCK so I was able to place my order. Two weeks later I still hadn't heard from them. I called and was told that the item was never in stock and wouldn't be available for another two months! I also ordered a TV stand that was supposed to ship but never showed up, costing me a day out of work. I found out that Panasonic cancelled the order but STILL took money out of my bank account!!! They will not return my e-mails now.
