There repair during waranty is terrible. Computers come back in worse shape the when mailed off. They don't want to talk to you after you recieve your computer and heaven forbid that you want a functioning computer. I ask for a replacement computer after they didn't fix it in there repair shop and they refused and hung up on me when i wouldn't agree to sending my computer off again after recieving it and starting (or trying to for 1 min. After getting my computer back (from being fixed). Do not buy an hp product. When trying to get mine fixed all they would do is try to sell me another at "a discounted price". Now all i want to do is buy from a different company. If anybody has any ideas please help. Right now i will never buy another hp product.
