I purchase computer 8/30
5 1/2 months later still not fixed, how would who ever buy a new computer & still not fixed. I sent it in, got it back not fixed, so I took it in to computer co. To have them ck. It. They found it had a bad motherboard, sent it back in along with the paper work from computer co. So they new what was wrong, got it back still not fixed, sent in again & got it back still not fixed. I have sent it in three times. Know they say they are going to send someone out to fix it. Well we will see. I would like some compensation for all down time or just give me my money back. I would never recommend Gateway to anyone.
