I have ordered a mobile phone through buy.com marketplace (buy.com order no: 55799101) and the seller was adorama (adorama order# 8129570-1). Obviously when i bought it the item was in stock. But once i bought it, then there was no status of the item for 5 days and then when i contacted adorama, they said the item is not in stock and they can cancel my order.
if this is the service they provide to online customers then they should not go online at all and rather open a small shop on padestrain like so many shops in new york where you can see what you have in stock and then take money for it.
i left an awesome deal for this one as this one sounded equally good and now i have none in my hand.
this is worst service i have seen by an online seller in a long time.
if this is what adorama's sales policy is then god save them.
