I lately puchased a rim 8330. Since i've had the telephone i've had 2 main problems with it. First is that it'll not have a cost i've to show it off get the battery output it in and change it back on. I shouldn't need to do that withit particularly just having it for 4 months. The minute problem is the sroll basketball gets stuck i've to wreck havoc on it for thirty to 45 minutes before it receives unstuck. I would like to exchange my phone no upgrade or anthing. I have the runaround lastly i had been told to visit increase mobile.com. I chose to place in a written complaint because something must be done. I didn't spend 300 bucks for this shit to happen.
