We got screwed...
LESSON #1 - NEVER buy anything on line that does not have a valid phone number.
LESSON #2 - NEVER buy anything on line that does not have a valid address.
LESSON #2 - If there is phone number call first, get names
LESSON #4 - Never trust anyone on line... Do your research first.
My wife and I bought two light pens, we needed them for a production show, we received our confirmation number, 3 weeks went by, never received our pens. I emailed customer service, they responded back with, "Sorry, shipping messed up on the address" that they would ship imideatly that day and when I requested for overnight they never returned my email. I waited 4 days, sent another email and still no response. I then sent a third email and again... Nothing!
Jim Jobins and his "Alleged" wife Traci are the kind of trash that screw it up for everyone else. Jim & Traci... We're gonna get you sucker, maybe not today, tomorrow or next week but someone will see that it happened to, they will go a step further then I did to find you and rip your mother F'n face off.
