I ordered computer parts via internet. This company was supposed to ship my computer parts the following day since I payed $50 for overnight shipping. Three weeks later I am still looking for my parts with little luck in contacting them. And they have not even bothered to contact me as to what is going on.
The phone number they gave me did not work or was busy the entire time so I emailed them. They responded with the line that I needed to talk to them in person, curious I thought since there is no way to get in touch with them in person! They gave me another number that I cannot get through.
I am frusterated and down right mad since I and my manager really needed those parts 3 weeks ago. I advise anyone looking to buy "cheap" parts from Edge Micro not to let them take advantage of the inability to contact their company.
