I had made multiple purchases from digital-switch.com before, so I felt confident ordering a computer from them. They have very good prices and with the Western Union sponsored offer the price was truly amazing. I paid for the item by Western Union and waited. When it arrived, it was obviously damaged during delivery. I started taking pictures as I took everything out. Part of the problem was that there was no packing material on the one side of the computer. However, when I lifted the machine out, even the front bezel that was actually against padding was completely scuffed up. I can't believe they would send me something packaged up so poorly.
PART II—
So, I send an email to digital-switch.com and ask for a return. They have an e-mail sent to me that has a link to print out a label. I print out the label, and bring it and the re-packaged computer to my local DHL Store, where the clerk tapes up the box and affixes the label to the box, and tells me we're good. I follow up a couple of days later asking where my new computer is, and digital-switch.com says they never got the package. They don't even know the tracking # they sent me themselves, so I have to go digging. I found the tracking number and after another 4 days, I finally got the computer. I understand that they have this Western Union sponsored offer from time to time and those amazing prices but I lost time and money because they didn't packed it properly.
They ship me damaged merchandise, and lost my tracking number. Scam, fraud.
