Purchase Columbia's CB radio at Fry's in Los Angeles, California on early August, 03. No rebate check, phone call or email responded to me as far as now. Called them a million times at 800-889-7434 but the phone was forever busy. Pretty obvious they are trying to avoid calls from US the VICTIMS!!! Until I found this site, that really encourages me to do my own part as well to alert other victims. And what important is that we need to have enough victims to come together to file a "class a" lawsuit against this company & columbia telecommunications group, inc. People is power! File your consumer complaints now so lawyers will respond.
