Complaint / review text:
I purchased a $30 refill card by mistake. I meant to purchase a $45 un-limited card. I called in to see if I could pay the difference and my call was answered by a spanish-speaking woman. I could not understand her.
At any rate she said I could not pay just the difference but would have to pay the whole $45. I didn't want to do it but really need my cell phone. After she charged my card she informed me that there was an additional $4.31 fee. I went thru the roof bc I did not authorize it!
I asked to speak to a supervisor & was put on hold for more than 10 minutes. I hung up and called back. I got a spanish-speaking gentleman who basically told me I was out of luck. I went round and round with him. I demanded to speak with a supervisor who spoke English, the man was mocking me.
I was on-hold for again 10-15 minutes. I finally got a supervisor, who surprise, was spanish-speaking. I again explained what was going on and he told me that I was wrong and that the 1st lady never charged my card.
But lo and behold I checked my account and the $49.31 was taken out. I called back again and got another spanish speaking person and another spanish-speaking supervisor who basically told me I was out of luck bc her reps would never charge a card without detailing the charges first!
I cannot believe the people that work for this company! I have never in my life received such shitty customer service and to be told I was a liar. I cannot believe that they won't reverse the charges!!! So I am basically paying $79.31 for unlimited service and then turning around on the 15th of August and paying another $45.
Do not join this service! I am going to make sure that everyone I know that has this service switches!
