I sent for their spanish program thinking they were an honest company. The day after recieving their cd's inthe mail I cancelled the service, well within the 15 day free trial period. I tried to call 2 days in a row and always got a recording saying all their service reps were busy and they would call me back if I leave my number. No one called. I emailed them and cancelled the service. It took 9 days to get an answer! They said they had cancelled my subscription. They still charged my account $69.95 I sent an email asking them to refund immediately. No answer. I called today and after 10 minutes on hold talked with "Seth" A supervisor. He laughed when I asked for my money back and said he was sorry, I cancelled after they charged my card. When I told them I would contest the charge with my bank, he laughed again and said that "I would never see my money again." I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said he didn't have a supervisor, he was the supervisor. I asked again for them to credit my account and he said sorry - I can't help you and hung up.
