I sent my cell phone to Viastar Technologies to fix the charging unit inside the phone. They got the phone, and chemically cleaned it and said that this would make it work. I told them I didn't think cleaning it would make it charge, but what happened if it didn't. They said they would reverse the charge.
A week and a half later they sent me back the phone, and it still won't charge. I called them and asked them to honor what the employee told me and reverse the charge on my card. They said no. I told them they are going against a verbal contract I had with an employee of the company. They said I would have to send the phone back to them and two weeks later I would get the phone back fixed.
I told them that was unexceptable unless they overnighted a replacement phone for me to use. They said no, sorry.
