Ripoff, shabby treatment, sent defective items, held refund

I recently sought to purchase a DJ set up for the kids at school. I ordered a "blem" from Musicians Friend and received a non-functioning item. When I tried to contact them about exchanging it they tried the old bait & switch method, wanting me to buy a more expensive item. I returned the item.

They received it last week and still have yet to refund me the price. They say they were waiting for me to pick my exchange.

These guys are a rip off! They want your money and will treat you like crap later! Do not do business with them!
