On thier website is says all feeders come with agitator rod and deflector plate, mine arrived with neither. Numerous emails back and forth serve only as delay tactics. Website is very misleading and contains no phone number whatsoever. Ron offered to help in any way, but when i asked for the missing parts he discontinued email correspondence. Beware of this company, it appears they send the lesser model that doesn't include the deflector plate or agitator rod, which are two crucial components.
