Fails to send you product then ignors any email, also contact link does not work

I ordered an R4i card from these people it should have taken up to 15 business days,
I did not get it so I emailed them, after the second email they responded apologized, said they switched carriers, and some people who ordered may have not received this report and orders were delayed an extra week.

So I waited and when nothing came i contacted again, they apologized said they would resend within Canada by express post 3-4 days I waited, nothing came, since then i have sent multiple emails they have not responded back.

Only way to contact is by email form on there website, after you enter everything and click submit it comes back as invalid verification code even though it is clear what your typing the link does not work, and they have no other company info listed.

So i contacted my cc company to deal with it
