Tomee Tippee is an awful company I advise everyone to steer clear of them! Here is my story.in August I purchased a box of Tommee Tippee Breastmilk Storage Bags. To make clear this is my 3rd baby I have breastfed so I am by NO MEANS a newbie at this. With this box of bags each one I opened ripped down the side, it dd not matter how slowly or gently you opened the bag, they would shred down the side. The few that I got to use, as I defrosted them each one has leaked wasting the milk. I contacted the company and was promised that they would replace the box of bags. They said they would arrive in 1 week, I waited 2 weeks, NOTHING ever came, so I contacted them again, they apologized and said they would send them out again and it would be 6 to 8 weeks!!! I waited 9 weeks, still NOTHING! So I again contacted them, they apologized said they would send them "Express Shipping" and I would receive them in 4 to 6 business days. I again waited at least a week over this to be completely fair, an still NOTHING ever came. So I contacted again, they said they would contact the warehouse and get back to me, they never did. So I contacted yet again and was told they were shipped out and I should receive them any day, again NOTHING ever came! So I contacted them again and after 5 months of being lied to over and over I get this email from them! This is a direct copy and paste!

Do not purchase from this company they do not care that their products fail and will give you the run around for months to then just leave you completely high and dry!!!
