I ordered a product online. Waited 10 days never received product. Called them to follow up and was told that they would ship it. I never received it. Received an email telling me that they credited my account back. No explaination as to what happened. I emailed them back asking to explain what happened.
They emailed me back:
The refund was issues as a result of your orders delay. The order has still been filled and we expect delivery tomorrow. Our "new" automated system had difficulties translating a few addresses into our system. We were able to get correct addresses from our processors website. Customer service had placed a call to the phone number listed on your order which is a business number. I do not have all the details of the attempted phone call, so I cannot guess as to what transpired there. We had decided that the orders placed within a 3 day span that had been "glitched" would be filled at no charge.
I thought this could redeem them. They responded and they were going to make good on their mistake.
I waited and waited and waited. No Product ever received. So I'm one who can't stand dishonesty and I think for them bad business practice that is why I'm doing this.
I had to write my credit card to dispute this.
Would never use this company or website again.
