I sent my iPod Nano in to repair a broken backlight. I was told it needed a new LCD screen to repair the problem. After six weeks I was told that the new LCD screen did not fix the problem and the main board would have to be replaced (a main board is more expensive than a new iPod).
I told them to just return my iPod because it still worked when I mailed it to them and have yet to receive it. It has now been over 12 weeks and I have received no calls or e-mails regarding my iPod. I have attemted to call and email them on several occasions with no response. One of the their email accounts was full so the massage was automatically returned to me.
BEWARE of this company. I would find somewhere else to send your electronics, especially if you want them returned to you!!! This company has received a Better Business Bureau rating of F because so many people have complained about similar issues!
