I recently installed the Premium Package for my wife's 2008 Honda CR-V with Navigation. The installation was very straightforward, and Charlie and the guys were EXTREMELY responsive with a few questions that I had, even offering his personal contact number should I need it.
The system works flawlessly; we aren't even using all of the functions, but the most important things work perfectly: Automatic pairing of the phone when the ignition is turned on; automatic muting of the audio system; and crystal clear voice quality on both ends of the call. I am VERY happy I decided to install this!
