Didn't send $100 rebate as they advertised

I purchased a 60" Misubishi TV from SNBC and was promised a $100 rebate. This was one of the deciding factors when I chose this make and model. I submitted all the required documentation within a week of purchasing the TV and I requested the rapid rebate thru the WorldwideRebate website as advised. They indicated it would cost me $9 to receive the rebate in 7-10 days. Never came! I inquired and was told by WorldwideRebate that this request was processed and sent to my address. Never came! I called again and was told I would receive it the following week. Never came. I called again and was told it was processed and it would take 4-6 weeks. (why did they indicate they would charge the Visa credit card $9 for the rapid rebate if it was going to take 4-6 weeks?). Never came! I've called, written, and emailed the WorldwideRebate, SNBC, and Mitsubishi. Each one of these units points a finger at the other. They all say they are not responsible. Who is? This is, indeed, a scam and I will never ever purchase a Mitsubishi Product and I will never shop at SNBC ever again. They are scam artists, ripping good people off, and should be ashamed of themselves. This is stealing! Everyone needs to write the Attorney General and complain about these companies.
