I named Verizon Wireless to stop support in January. Was spoken into simply suspending my bill. I had been no further under agreement with Verizon. The broker persuaded me to simply to into hanging style without payment... And therefore I'd not be charged for 3 months. I named close to the phrase of this time period and was informed that I'd another 3 months I really could influence. I simply wished to stop the support and never attempt to recall when to call-back, but was once more confident that it'd be considered a positive thing to simply keep it stopped. Well today I've received a bille for 2 weeks of support

Listed here are the reality:

1. I needed to stop after I initially named, but was changed right into a hanging standing

2. I wasn't under contract.

3. After I called back, they explained that I'd another 3 months of hanging standing

4. NO usuage has happened on that point or telephone because the unique call-in January.

5. They stated that they delivered a notice of reactivation, but I've not received that.

It just appears like this type of fraud. I'm never delayed on funds with anybody, I don't lay, I don't cheat... But appears like Verizon does and gets away withit!
