My son bought me a GE refrigerator for Mother's Day. I had it for 13 days when the ice maker quit and the freezer quit working. I went to Conn's and talked to the assistant manager about returning it and getting areplacement for there return policy. I was required to pay a $65 boxing fee in order to do this. If I wanted to return it and get money back the same fee would apply. This is a rip-off. I was stuck either way. My only other option was to wait for a tech to come "check it out'. I did not want a frig that gave problems in 13 days. I had a Kenmore for 30 years before it quit on me. This is a ridiculous exorbitant fee. The public is ripped off from the hidden charges. Can you please help me. I will never use this store again!!
