Poor knowledge of replacement cell phone policy

Under per month before, bought from City Computers in the 13200 block of Harbor Blvd, Anaheim, Calif. A Kyocera Laylo mobile phone. Discovered the camera didn't perform. Required it towards the 6th Street Metro Computers shop in Corona, Calif., was informed by woman to consider it back again to wherever I bought it. And so I went 40 units back again to Anaheim, Florida where I had been informed to go towards the corporate shop at Warner-Bristol in Santa Ana. Woman didn't understand the handle of her very own corporate store. But could provide me instructions on the best way to make it happen. I expected her, why she didn't possess the address. She stated she wasn't provided the handle. Her other worker decided. At corporate shop, 25 minutes later push, Robby eventually thought it had been a poor telephone, visited the rear space and arrived to express there have been no alternative telephones and also to return in 6 times, after 4pm. I went over 1.5 hrs and delt with City PCS workers who're therefore badly educated they don't truly assist and therefore are not provided corporate target of where you can visit change the telephone.
