I introduced a Rule Multifunction printer on Dec. Just in 4 weeks, the printer quit operating as a result of paper jam. After I named their tech-support, they attempted to troubleshoot the issue about the telephone, and lastly mentioned the printer required repairs. I had been offered 2 choices

A. Consider the printer towards the closest cannon service-center, where they'll repair it.

T. Substitute the printer having a restored one.

Since my printer was just 4 weeks old also it was said to be an easy document jam, I informed the phone call centre representative. That I favor the initial choice, whereby he offered me the handle of the nearby Cannon approved service-center in Ny.

I gave the printer towards the Cannon approved service-center, who returned in my experience following a couple of days declaring that I ought to consider the printer back plus they 'can't repair the printer'. I'd previously invested $25 carrying the 30 pounds printer in a taxi from 95th street to 38th street.

I named Cannon back the 2nd period, who established the printer was within guarantee, but-don't understand why the support center wouldn't repair it and instead requested me to "form it out using the service-center".

I named Cannon back the 3rd period, which time the phone call centre representative. Replied they had created an error. They believed the printer in guarantee, however the prior consultant believed it had been not, and so I was delivered to a service-center. Did not seem sensible in my experience.

Consequently, she provided me an upgraded refurbismed printer, but requested me to "obtain the printer back from their service-center" and courier it to Cannon. I required together with her the malfunctioned printer is laying at their service-center, so that they must cope with setting it up back from there to where ever, since I have shouldn't function as the courier company between Cannon and Cannon support facilities.

The phone call centre consultant rejected, and today I'm caught with needing to organize picking up the printer from the Cannon service-center (they delivered me to within the first-place) and deliver it to Cannon.

Under their warranty conditions:-

"If delivery is concerned, it's your obligation to precisely bundle and deliver the Merchandise (at your price) towards the ASF, along with your old evidence of purchase along with a total clarification of the issue. An Item included in this limited guarantee is likely to be fixed and delivered for you at no cost from the ASF."

A. It generally does not note that their Approved Service Service (ASF) may refuse protection

W. Which I'm therefore accountable for gathering the merchandise from their store that will be still under guarantee at my own personal price.

What I'm dreaming about -

A. I obtain a replacement printer. It will not be restored as that would be significantly more than my 4-month old printer.

T. Cannon must organize using their service-center for delivering the malfunctioned printer back again to whatever Cannon middle they'd want to buy to. I.E. I don't desire to be the courier-individual to get the printer from Cannon to deliver it to Cannon.
