I bought a i860 Cannon Series Desktop Photo Printer, I haven't had it a year yet and it has messed up and won't print, i took it back to best Buy in Canton Ohio and the lady told me to go back and get another one.
Well they were out of it, cause it has been discontinued and the replacement wasn't in yet. So the lady gave me a gift certificate and i told her No Way, it was wrong. She asked why and here is what has happened.

Rebate FROM CANON - $30.00
WELL the lady took my rebate off from what I already paid, so the money I have for a certificate was only $127.79. I called Cannon and they told me Best Buy had NO RIGHT taking my $30 that Canon had a Rebate on and not best buy rebate, Best Buy told me I had to pay the 30 back and buy another printer.
Now I no longer have a printer to use and I have lost my money cause they have not replaced my Canon, I do not have the $30 to pay back. It was a CANON REBATE, NOt a BEST Buy rebate. The man said the rebate is added to the price thats why I have lost the 30 dollars
Any suggestions, I have been ripped off and bad. They actually Rip Off United States Americans and disabled ones. I am disabled.
I tried for two weeks now to get it replaced by the new cannon came out in place of the i860
