Our printer had a problem where the dark and color printer were publishing weakly, therefore after utilizing the recommendations supplied online by cannon, for example deep-cleaning, relaxing printing minds, etc. Nothing worked. I extended my search on the internet to get a answer (since its nothing like Cannon will spend my telephone bill while I spend OUR moments on-hold due to their customer support). Within an online community someone else had stated they'd obtained info from Cannonis customer support that should you remove the printing head and clear it with heated water and relax it, it'd clean out the dry ink. I actually do this, and today the printeris alarm goes off stating 'PLACE IN CAPSULE' despite the fact that the cartridge has already been inside. Ostensibly today I have to purchase a fresh printing head for 50 dollars, since the heated water broken mine. Our printer is previous guarantee, and that Iam sorry but 50 bucks is absurd to get a printing head (that'll or might not perform again). I might aswell invest an additional 50 dollars to get a more present printer! I've had additional models previously which have survived method longer than this. I'll NEVER purchase another item from Cannon again.
