I won a zoom h2 from best_buy_outlet on ebay. They processed my card, three days later said they lost my item in the warehouse. Lie#1 I requested they send me another one being that they had 9 auctions for the same item up. They would not. I paid 3 days after the end of the auctions and they started to say that now they did not ship it because I paid too late! Lie #2. I cut and pasted their policy and somehow they are unable to read or understand their own rules! Nowhere in the policy did it say this. This is where it stands as of now. Nothing like scumbags lying to people for the buck! Beware of all Best buys!!!
