April bought a flat-screen 27" Astar TV from this company at a electronic show.
May sound became distorted and had to switch channels back & forth to stop the distortion. I contacted the company to report the distortion and the rep said they were to send a technician.
June-January - too many excuses for not coming to fix the television and I decided to return the television
February - March - television returned; however, the company has not responded to my refund. AFter numerous emails and phone calls - no refund has been given. I've called several times and been given the runarounds.
