Puchased LG smartphone. The advertisement about lack of taxes is misleading. Paid duties because it came from Hong Kong. It was packed in a simple plastic bag. The seal looked ok but turned out to be double, resealed by the company. They say it's "normal", just a quality control! QC didn't help because as many asian and european phones this one didn't recognise my sim card.
For over 2 weeks (return period) they didn't call back or answer our frantic phone calls. Customer service consists of the same young inexperienced, extremely rude and uneducated female. She replies from time to time on "live chat" that is never on untill noon the earliest. You have a great idea what you got into right after chatting with her. Sometimes it's "Sandra", sometimes "Jordana", whoever you want to be disgusted by. "Luckily" we were contacted by "Alex" who's probably the head of homebased Internet company with no social or English language skills as well. Asked to go to cellphone provider to check sim card and get a new one. We did. It doesn't work either of course. Finally got RMA and mailed back. To no surprise they blamed us, accused in cheating?! And said the phone was ok. Now he harasses us over the phone. I guess we're lucky he calls. Others never got one phone call according to the company's horrble reviews online. No refund offered, no merchandise that work. Pure internet scam. Don't waste your time on phone calls and messages - answering machines.
