I have used Net 10 for quite some time now. I had my phone stolen so I went to Target in Beaverton and purchased a LG900. I had this phone a short time when it just turned off. I did not think much of it so I turned it back on. Then it went through the screens to turn on, and then got to main screen, and turned back off again. It continued to repeat turning on then off, then on and off repeatedly. I took battery out. I waited awhile then turned it back on. Still it did the same. I had no insurance on the phone because when I purchased it none was offerred to me. Didn't even know it was available to me.
So got another phone. Same brand LG900. Had it for several months. Then one morning I woke up to my alarm from my phone. I hit snooze something I did practicaly every day. Alarm went off again so I hit stop which turns off alarm. Had a call to make so I tried to make the call and phone was off. I turned phone back on and waited untill it got to the main screen. Then I hit the down key to get the person I was trying to call. The phone immediately turned off again. I then proceeded to let it sit on charger for a min take out battery for a few min then try again. My phone just turned on then off then on then off for several hours before I just removed the battery.
I went and bought a third phone in less than a year. I tried to get my minutes from old phone to new phone. I could not understand what the gentelman was saying not trying to be rude, but I think if you hire someone to take calls they can speak better english. I could barely understand what he said and spent more than half the call asking him to repeat himself.
This company has caused me alot of money, time, lots of time, headaches, and stress. I only rely on your services for a phone. I have a child who could not reach me while he was with his grandparents, because I could not have a simple service that I have paid above and beyond for. I have been with no phone for days. I am very unhappy. I have been a customer for a while and have referred many people to you. I will no longer be doing so. Whoever runs this company should seriously consider employing better people to work customer service. You just lost a loyal customer, and alot of referrals.
I have been expecting very important calls. I was waiting for calls back for jobs I have been working very hard to get. I have had to try and get peoples numbers that for the second time I have lost because the phones I have purchased from net 10 have failed to last more than 6-7 weeks. There is no sim card that can be transford to my new phone. So again left with none of my contacts no phone for almost two weeks now with the worst customer service EVER!
I have never complained like this. I am usually very much laid back and understanding. Not this time. This company could have lost me a much needed job, and thank god it didn't, but could have cost me being there in an emergency for my son. I know alot of people that I referred to you I will be contacting everyone I know, and everyone they know, like a pyramid effect, and it will just combine and grow. You will notice a severe drop in buisness. Not a threat. I am positive the person that reads this has no idea his employees have such a horrible work ethic. For that I will apologize to you, but you need to watch who hires who. I will be switching my cell phone provider as I do not want to deal with your lousy customer service. Just seems you need to get all the weeds out of the garden. Hope you realize whats going on and take care of it and thrive. Sorry I will not be sending people your way anymore. Thanks hope things improve for you.
