Placed order before checking reviews. Big mistake. THEY mislabled the package. It was never delivered. Tried to correct the problem with the seller after the first failed delivery attempt, but only received an automated reply. They NEVER attempted to address the problem. After the package was returned to them, they promptly credited my account for the cost of the item, but kept the excessive shipping fee as a so-called restocking fee. Customer service is nonexistant. What a great business model they have... The more mistakes that THEY make, the more money THEY make because the customer gets charged regardless of whether or not product actually gets delivered. Their policy amounts to what many, and perhaps some lawyers reading this and other complaints against ANTonline, would consider interstate mail fraud. They should have an obligation to at least try correct problems and deliver a product when an order is placed. Based on their business model and practices, they can ship mislabeled boxes (which may or may not actually contain anything) and collect restocking and shipping fees from unsuspecting customers. I stongly suspect that they offer for sale items that they do not have and cannot deliver. If they do not deliver an order, ship the wrong item, or ship a broken item, the customer is charged anyway. I strongly advise you to send your business elsewhere... Do not be tempted by price.
