We ordered 2 products from ANT Online on a Monday, late in the day.
We NEEDED these products for long-standing a client's EMERGENCY MEETING the following Saturday.
ANT had a 2nd Day Delivery option using UPS or Fed-Ex, which we chose.
1 item arrived on Thursday.
The second item is SCHEDULED to arrive NEXT MONDAY.
The UPS Tracking shows it LEFT on THURSDAY.
How can they justify charging $49 for EXPEDITED 2nd Day SHIPPING, if it takes the 2 or 3 days to get it to UPS?
Like everyone else has said on here, they don't seem to care, will make no corrective credits, and make US the buyers feel like we are IDIOTS.
BTW, we bought a local product, and will EAT the $200 it cost us to do so.

Our Company says Customer Service is KING... ANT Online's is "SHOW ME THE MONEY"
