Bought a network card from these guys via Amazon.com UPS tracking reported that they had omitted the street address on the shipping label (this is visible to anyone with the tracking number). Therefore the item is in transit by the slow method back to AntOnline.com.
ANTOnline admits that they have the proper address.
Requested via both email and phone that AntOnline cross-ship via expedited method (to make up for their error) the merchandise to the correct address. Spoke to "Zack" and to "Alex" (who claims to report directly to the CEO).
They both refused to
A) Ship a replacement at all & they said I could re-order& much less to expedite
B) Issue a refund until the item is back with them, even though they can read in the UPS tracking exactly what they did wrong and that the item will never be delivered to me.
They apparently feel entitled to hang onto my money and treat their inability to properly address a package as if it was my fault.
Looking at the Amazon feedback on these guys, they either get a "5" when things to right or a "1" because if something goes wrong they basically do nothing to put things right with the customer.
