I've been a Verizon client for atleast ten years. About 9 weeks before I chose to change to some smartphone, I did so my study, and resolved about the HTC Contact Expert that was suitable for the Garmin GPS software. I purchased the telephone and also the Garmin software and anything thing worked good. The other evening I began having issues recieving mail on my phone therefore Verizon recommended that I call *228 to revise my telephone. After performing that I observed the Garmin software wouldn't function. I named Garmin, HTC, and Verizon to troubleshoot the issue, and Verizon began informing me they "do not help third party programs" and after some determination I had been educated by among their assistance people who they smashed my GPS with new the brand new firmware update. I'm like I've been robbed of the merchandise that I thought I bought. I actually donot observe how something organization may handle clients in this way. Their recommendation was to include "VZ Navigator" to my support and spend $10 per month for this and find out easily could easily get a reimbursement from Garmin. I recommended when which was an acceptable answer they must provide me a reimbursement for my telephone. They declined to accept me.
Who actually mentioned the client is correct?
