I purchased a new Nuvi GPS in April. I registered it with Garmin. The new 2009 maps come out at the end of April. You can buy them on eBay now. Garmin techs keep telling me that they are not out yet. One tech finally admitted that their dealers had the updates but not Garmin. I am supposed to get a free update but they have no idea when. Maps are sorta important to a Towing Company. Since I have already registered this device Garmin says I cannot take it back for a refund. I am stuck With a brand new device with outdated software. This thing is as worthless as an atlas with pages missing.
