I requested Sears in the future and support a dishwasher they mounted 4 years back. The technician stated the dishwasher was good but plumbing poor. I subsequently had a plumber come and examine the pipes completely back again to the system. He discovered the check-valve mounted using the device 2" in the dishwasher was damaged and caught within the close placement. After I named Sears to protest that their specialist hadn't examined the dishwasheris own check-valve or tubes, they stated they do not support the hoses or check valves but just the equipment itself — even when they mounted the unit. They didn't reveal in my experience they wouldn't examine the check-valve or tubes before the fix or I'd likely have named somebody who might anything. Today I'm out $135 to Sears along with a statement towards the plumber. Caveat emptor! Some restoration businesses mightn't reveal what section of your equipment they'll or won't support!
