Terrible experience

Kenmore Elite Dishwasher 13112 installed 4/4/09 by sub-contractor in norther suburbs of Chicago. Shipped dishwasher on an open flatbed truck n / a set tire. Thank heavens it'd quit working. First-run of dishwasher and water was speeding all around the ground from he foot of the dishwasher. Used 2 hours about the telephone being changed from Installment to Specialist to Specialized Support to Support and back around. No body might emerge and have a look at it - best they might do was 3 times. Meanwhile I'd water damage in my own cellar because of the amount of water. Specialist turns up 2 nights later and eliminates the dishwasher. Claims it had been the dishwasher which was defective.

Attempted several divisions - Customer Support, nearby shop (might never encourage them to actually reply the telephone!), National Customer Service. Lastly, our situation countries within the "Escalations Department" Spoke n / them-and they stated they'd help handle. Did not notice from their store to get a week. Named them-and discovered that they're not likely to purchase any problems done towards the cellar (delivered images of damaged roof tiles, leaking roof helps, etc). They declare it is the contractors problem which he must spend - they decided this t/out having noticed the dishwasher. Specialist says it is Sears problem. NO quality after several hours of continual telephone calls.

Sears customer support is sub par as well as their outsourcing of the installations is not not handled nicely if Sears does not take responsibility for specialistis mistakes.
