Understood telephone I needed; visited shop to change from AT&T.By 1/18/10 Verizon GOUGES CLIENTS to include regular $10 information charge for center of street mobile phones. I don't require information support when I possess a rim from function & never access the web anyway. Our first & last visit to the Verizon Wireless shop undergone workers who did not hear, needed to be motivated to make the journey to the next phase (to even take a look at telephones). Workers were significantly less than skilled; one customer support representative attributed sales person (in my experience, the client) whenever a mistake was created. I told them-they'd possess a purchase if somebody in expert might renounce the information charge that I don't require. Worker served hopeless (stated "pc" was designed to complete it). Supervisor merely shrugged shoulders & attributed corporate. Terrible plan; bad service. Verizon dropped a person as a result of this absurd plan & cash grab. And that Iam showing everybody until anythingis done about this.
