Cooks microwave/toaste

I purchased a chefs stove and cooks toaster from jcpenney.com. Both items I bought in May of 08 together plus they both died on December 09 on Holiday morning no less.

I'd microwaves and toasters final me about 5 to ten years and these items just managed to get only a little over annually. I have the containers for them-and they seem completely new.

I approached jcpenney plus they claimed sorry it's only 1yr guarantee.

I'll never purchase a chefs item again.:- (
