I purchased a my new Futura 17" monitor on the exact date of
January 7 Specifically for the rebate of $40.00 advertised in the newspaper.
I immediately sent out the information requested.
I made copys of everything! I initially mailed the information, with original document information such as the form I kept my original reciept.
I faxed the information, no response, and finally I am going to email the information and if still, No response. I will file this information with the Better Business Bureau, and other consumer protection agentcies I have attempted to contact this company via phone which resulted in no success.
I will attempt to notify this company once more then I will proceed with notifying the proper agencies.
Since I feel, that the more people involved, the more results are to be expected more actions being taken, & The more attention earned.
Explaining what you went though and what you expect for this company to do for you regaurding the matter.
