I made an online purchase on March 3, and received an email saying the order had been placed, but never received any email saying it was shipped and so no tracking link. And they charged my credit card the day I placed the order. I called twice over the last 2 1/2 weeks but only get a voice message, so I left my phone number and asked for a call. I sent emails using the email on their web site but it comes back as invalid.
Today I googled the company name and found this site, ScamBook, with three other complaints about this company, exactly like my complaint. I will be having my bank cancel the credit card transaction and seek other means to alert the better business bureau and the public about this company. What a disrespectful use of Mr. Franklin's name.
