I got an email stating that my product was shipped out on Dec 20th and then got an email Jan 6th stating that they didn't have the product and i was going to be issued a refund for $38.98. (i'm still trying to figure out why i got an email stating it was shipped when they never had the product) I have been contacting [email protected] the last 2 weeks requesting my refund be processed and they keep telling me to open a dispute. This is totally unacceptable and i am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau!!! I have all copies of our email conversations where they keep telling me that their colleague is busy these days to wait 2 days for my refund, and then when the time is up they tell me to wait a few more days to the weekend. I don't know what kind of business they are running but i want refund issued to me ASAP!!! This is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I would like to know if paypal knows of these bogus paypal accounts. Why are they still up and running? This is being addressed at the Better Business Bureau. He has fraudulated the wrong one this time!
